Great service, Great team. Went in very anxiously to have a potentially problematic tooth out, was reassured by Vicky within minutes of taking the "hot seat". With my nerves now settled and anxiety under control (she's good at that) mission started. As always, the Damira Petersfield receptionists were friendly and efficient. They have always made me feel welcome, the surgery has a real family atmosphere, at least towards me! My hygienist, Summer, and Kim, who assisted her, made the whole experience of having your teeth cleaned, especially deep cleaned, a pleasant occasion. It really could have been otherwise. If everyone in the dental business were as good as they were people would not be afraid to go to the dentist!

I have always struggled with severe dental anxiety, to the point where in the past I have had to stop before treatment could even begin. From my first visit here, Nicola May and her nurse, have been nothing but kind, caring and understanding. Nicola has never once made me feel embarrassed or rushed. My interaction and the general care from the staff were good, but I do wonder why despite filling in the health care form I'm still asked the exact same questions, wouldn't it be better if somehow the staff in the surgery could be alerted to the fact, I've completed the forms, saying time for both them and the patient. Also, why do both the dentist and hygienist go through the same checklist to ensure the jaw and other oral mechanics are working correctly?
