Having had a check up in June with a little treatment, l lost a bit of a tooth recently which was very irritating. The practise manager Kate and receptionist Lisa, were very accommodating in finding me an appointment after l explained it wasn’t an emergency. I was seen yesterday by Jenny and her extremely capable dental nurse (name alludes me, sorry), who located the problem, explained the course of action and dealt with the issue in a timely and efficient manner. Had a new patient appointment with Dr Hannah Hopkins. Great experience, Hannah talked me through everything she was doing, did a thorough check and was really friendly! The dental nurse assisting (apologies I’ve forgotten her name) was really friendly too! Can’t recommend this dental practice and Dr Hannah more highly.
Very disappointing dentist. A close family member has paid £1000+ over years, in the form of a dental plan. He hadn't used the service during this time. Following the suffering of a major stroke, he needed a basic check up at a nursing home just a few miles away. The dentist, Jenny Page, simply refused and worse still, gave attitude. No sympathy or empathy. No refund. I cancelled the dental plan immediately. If you're looking for a dentist, find an alternative to this shockingly rude and greedy one!
Great dental practice, friendly and informative with 100% cleanliness at all times. I changed from an NHS practice in Worcester to Lincoln House 4 years ago and the difference in quality is staggering, would recommend to anyone.
