The service at Penylan Dental Practice is always excellent. As a nervous patient, the staff at the practice have always put me at ease with their friendliness and attentiveness. I'm treated by Steve and Laura D, who I can't recommend more highly - and that same level of care and professionalism extends across the wider team.
I have been attending Penylan Dental Practice for many years and always had excellent care. I find all the staff to be professional, courteous and friendly and go out of their way to know the patients. I highly recommend this practice.
A very friendly and welcoming practice where dentist Stephen and his team really get to know their clients. I have enjoyed coming for my regular check ups these last nine years, and I can certainly recommend others joining this surgery. Stephen is an upbeat and engaging character, putting people at ease while the hygienists are very professional and dedicated.
First time at this practice and i was really impressed with the service i got as soon as i walked through the door. The lady on the reception was very efficient and friendly. The dentist Mr James Sullivan took time to explain the X-rays he had taken and also gave explained the results of my check up in a language i understood. This will be my dentist now after moving from Devon to Cardiff. Thank you Penylan Dental Practice and i will be back for further treatment in early January
