I recently had a hygienist appointment with Robyn and Kelsey and wanted to share what a positive experience it was. I went in feeling quite anxious, as in the past at other practices I’ve found the treatment to be painful and uncomfortable. However, this appointment was completely different. The treatment was gentle and not painful or uncomfortable at all, which really helped put me at ease. After six days of the worst dental pain I’ve ever encountered 🦷😥 I was lucky enough to get a 111 appointment at penwood dental care ! I knew the tooth had to go but as it was in a bit of a ‘state’ there was more than a chance of it not all coming out ( nasty roots ) However the care I was given by dr Mohammed and his lovely dental nurse Sandy was absolutely top notch ! To say I was nervous was an understatement but they patiently dealt with me being a wuss I can’t thank you guys enough for the extraction of the ‘ twins’ (iykyk) Highly recommended 👏👏👏👏👏
Excellent service at Penwood Dental Care today. Everyone at the practice is pleasent and efficient. To date, my appointments have been on time or within a few minutes of the allocated slot, so waiting time has either been non existent or very minimal. My dentist Vikram Choksi and his dental nurse (India) were friendly, and efficient. I felt comfortable and confident in their ability while having the dental work done. I recommend Penwood Dental without hesitation. A 5⭐ service.
After waiting years to finally be allocated an NHS dentist I was wondering how good the service was actually going to be. However, after my 1st visit I must say that I have never experienced the professionusm and enthusiasm that I received from Abdul and Sandie. I was made to feel completely at ease and was filled with confidence from their expertise and friendly approach. Please keep up the good work!
