I have been going to Parbold Drntist for some years. I now have Richard as my regular dentist and he is excellent. He listens carefully, does thorough examinations and always explains the options carefully. He doesn't do invasive treatment unless fully warranted and agreed. I love the write-ups he emails afterwards which means I can always refer back if needs be. Angela, the hygienist, is also excellent-very thorough - as are all the dental nurses I have had contact with. Very happy to recommend.
From the moment I stepped over the threshold of Parbold Dental Practice I was welcomed by the receptionist who was immediately aware of who I was and which practitioners I would be seeing. The reception area is very comfortable and I felt at ease. My first port of call was with my hygienist, Angela and dental nurse, Kirsty. Both of whom are not only highly skilled but have the right mix of professionalism and friendliness. A great dental surgery with a really friendly and professional team. Jacki on reception is always welcoming, helpful, and efficient, which makes booking and attending appointments very easy. Angela, the hygienist, is excellent — thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing, which is very reassuring. Kirsty, the dental nurse, is also lovely — calm, kind, and attentive, making sure you’re comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, a very well-run practice with staff who genuinely care about their patients. I would happily recommend this surgery.
Richard and Kirsty are a great team. I have been going to Parbold dental practice for years and the care and treatment has always been brilliant. Richard really works hard to make sure your teeth are well maintained and he takes his time to explain any treatment you may need and all the options available. He even emails a sum up afterwards. I totally trust his judgement and would recommend both Richard and Kirsty to anyone looking for a high class dentist that really cares. My latest filling looks fantastic, you cannot even see it.
