I had booked an appointment and waited a month, only to have it cancelled just one day before the scheduled date due to the dentists being unwell. I was then offered a new appointment a whole month later than the original one. I requested a refund of my £70 deposit. The following day—on what was supposed to be my appointment—I was suddenly informed there was availability via the waiting list. This was extremely confusing and frustrating. Deena and her team have been exceptional throughout, and still are as I'm still having work done. From the small things such as a wee whatsapp message to check in, get appointments done from the reception team. . .to having work done by one of the dental team and assistants, they are always professional and make you feel at ease. The team always remember little details about you or your commitments which shows that they actually do care about you as a person and not just as a client. I'll be with D Dental for the future unless I move out of thr country. Thank you to the whole team.

I felt nervous on my first appointment by the end l was relaxed , when l went back to get my teeth extracted l was very nervous Dr Dee was brilliant l thought she was just starting no they where all out on the bottom l didn't feel any pressure or taking them out, l would recommend DDental that comes from someone whom is petrified of dentist's.
