I recently switched to Otley Dental Centre after ten years with my NHS dentist. Going private was the best choice, and I’m particularly grateful for Dr. Michail. On my first check-up, he found a cavity my previous dentist missed and explained I needed a filling. After that visit, with many questions on my mind, the practice kindly arranged a second appointment with another dentist on the same day for reassurance. Caris did a double tooth extraction for my 12 year old boy earlier today, in preparation for his braces - something she has guided us with since he was around 10. The expertise, care and kindness shown was exceptional and he’s been an absolute star! He’s bounced back and was reassured throughout the whole process. A positive experience which has left him ready for braces being fitted in early 2026. Always super friendly and professional and always greeted with big smiles from the lovely reception staff.

Had a white filling by Caris- she was as amazing and gentle as normal but today she was assisted by new dental nurse Corinne! Corinne was amazing and so very reassuring, confident and professional ! Brilliant service all round ! Thanks
