Tooth Club Orpington

They are completely ignoring my calls and messages but happily taking £200pm out of my account. I was going to be 15 minutes late to my appointment due to a train disruption out of my control and they weren’t very understanding and they said I’d need to pay a £90 fine to be seen again on another day which is ridiculous as I’m already paying for the braces, it’s not like this is a hair salon or nail appointment where they’d loose out on money. I had my composite veneer bonding done here and I honestly cannot say anything other than THANKYOU, not only did dalal do a brilliant job, she went above and beyond my expectations, I got the teeth I’ve always wanted , and the staff and reception girls are so bubbly and lovley they sit and talk you through your options, and get you booked in for a time and date suitable for yourself, there prices are brilliant on whatever your work needs, they also offer financing aswell, the best thing I’ve loved today is there patience and actually ridding my fears of dentists and needles etc, really can’…

Just finished my treatment with Tooth Club Orpington. I met with Rebecca initially who guided me through the process and was very helpful, my treatment was then carried out by Dalel & Flint, both super professional and friendly - I'm so happy with my teeth! Thanks everyone x

Very disappointing experience. I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. The manager was openly rude to staff—laughing behind dentists’ backs and mocking them—which created an uncomfortable, unprofessional atmosphere. Despite the long wait, I was charged full price. No one offered a drink or even a proper greeting. Overall, a hostile environment and poor customer care.
