I had an EMS Airflow cleaning done at Smile Showroom, and Holly was amazing. She explained everything as she went, kept things super comfortable, and had such a gentle, reassuring touch. The Airflow treatment felt thorough but way more pleasant than a traditional cleaning — my teeth have literally never felt this smooth. Dr. Jam was great too: friendly, professional, and clear with his guidance. The whole place has a really welcoming vibe. At every appointment I was put at ease & was told exactly what was being done .
