Ongar Dental Practice

As someone who is petrified of dentists and had to have my teeth shaved for smile white - sham made me feel so comfortable and was brilliant the whole way through. Constantly checked if I was ok and made me at ease throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend sham anymore if I wanted too. He was amazing!

Recently moved to the area, and have developed a severe toothache, but staff there extremely rude and abrupt towards me, and wouldn't help in any way. Receptionist was rude, but her co pilot a chubbygirl wearing glasses needs to learn some manners regarding dealing with the public especially when in severe pain. She actually seemed smug about saying no and got pleasure out of it. She needs looking in to.

Always tries to fit me in without fuss when my rogue tooth plays up Most grateful to dentist and staff.

Another huge thanks to the practice for squeezing me in today and to Shamoon for replacing my filling. Always calm and reassuring. Life would be simple if everyone was like you.
