Registered today at this wonderful inviting dental practice .the establishment has a warm inviting feel as soon as you step in thru the doors as if you were dropping in to visit an old friend. The Reception area is staffed by two professional friendly receptionists and after filling in my registration details I waited in a comfortable waiting area — within minutes I was called to go for my examination up one flight of brightly lit stairs and into a warm inviting examination room. I had a great experience at Gentle Dentistry Omagh! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which helped ease the concerns I had. Dr. Doody is amazing—so skilled, patient, and caring. He made sure I understood my range of treatment options and was genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. I can't recommend gentle dentistry enough! As someone who had dental anxiety for years, Dr. Doody and the team completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists and dental nurses were so warm and welcoming, which immediately made me feel more at ease. Dr. Doody takes the time to explain every step of the process. I’ve had fillings and root canals done, and I felt no pain or discomfort throughout the entire process. He truly knows how to handle patients with dental fear/anxiety!Highly recommend for anyone who’s nervous about dental work.
