I attended an initial appointment with Louise following a recommendation by a friend. I had been having a sensitivity in my tooth that had been ongoing and worsening, and as someone who is extremely nervous with dental treatment I had ignored this. Louise instantly put me at ease with her easy-going and caring nature; and constantly reassured me during treatment and the two following appointments. I got the Invisalign here and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr Louise Kelly was so accommodating and ensured that my teeth were absolutely perfect by the end of my treatment. She answered any questions I had and explained the step-by-step process very clearly so I knew exactly what lay ahead. Castle Dental are very fairly priced too - especially considering all it includes. The staff were all extremely friendly which made the process even more straight forward. I’d give no stars but have to give 1. The most awful dentist place iv ever talk to. Nasty awful attitude. They haven’t a clue how to treat customers esp children. They shouldn’t have any custom. Think twice before you go here!!
