They seems to be having some issues with lack of staff , I have arrived on my appointment and in the reception been told it’s been cancelled and apparently they have left voice message I have checked my phone there was no messages left and no emails so time wasted and receptionist full of excuses being a privately owned I thought will be better to pay than wait 100 years for my NHS appointment, but no it’s not the case so what’s the point , they are not coping with amount of appointments which is not my problem. Wouldn’t recommend looks elsewhere.
They are wonderful. they just know you and how to put you at your ease. Totally efficient and impart knowledge beautifully . Lovely pictures in the overhead projection too!!
Victoria was professional and gentle. I’m a very nervous patient but she put me at my ease and was thorough in the exam and treatment. A great experience
I couldn’t be more satisfied, the staff was so welcoming and I was made to feel right at home. The chair was really comfortable and my treatment was done with the best of care. I would most definitely recommend Oldmeldrum Dental Practice you won’t be disappointed
