Bhandal Dental Practice - 83 Halesowen Road

When calling up for an appointment, the receptionist Christine, I believe was her name, was very rude and condescending (sniggering down the phone when she asked if I wanted an appointment). Decided not to book and go elsewhere.

Took my wisdom tooth out in seconds the staff was very helpful looked after me after I nearly fainted with the needles and I’m in no pain at all I will definitely come back here

If I could make this a 0 star review I absolutely would. Do not by any means have your treatments done here. My partner had a crown fitted last year and that was through the NHS. It is now 2026 and we have received a letter of collections stating he owes a substantial amount of money (untrue). While he was getting his treatment back in 2025 the practice and the dentist himself tried to pressure my partner into getting extra work on his teeth done which he obviously declined, this was over the course of 2 sessions.
