I filled an online triage form and half an hour later I received a phone call from a wonderful Doctor Andrew Vance. He listened to my problem and sorted me out Five minutes later I was able to pick a prescription up. Absolutely Fantastic service.Would highly recomend
Ive never had a problem with the nurses or doctors in all the years ive been with this surgery old and new. But I must say im really shocked and angry at the service of the admin team, I put a medication request in on 20.09.25 via email and ive not any notification of the request being done, I was in the surgery the day after and I thought I would just ask if it's been requested by the admin team, the answer i got was that won't be done yet. I know it won't of been issued but I thought it might of been requested. The medication was newly ( only 3rd month) and still under review. I do unde…
I have just taken my baby for her immunization vaccination this morning. The appointment was with a nurse called snow something. As soon as I walked in she didn’t even say hi or anything told me to close the door. Very unprofessional/ unfriendly , didn’t even say a word to my baby. Pooked the needle into her legs without any comforting words. Once the vaccination was done, she was just staring at her computer screen with her hands folded it waiting for us to leave. Shocking. If you work full time. Good luck getting an appointment. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment I can guarantee you it will get cancelled and moved later on in the day when you're unavailable just like what's happened to me, today, again for the 39th time....
