I just called to see if any NHS vacancies and the receptionist was lovely. This gives me hope that if a place becomes available the rest of the staff will be just as nice making a scary visit more comfortable 👍
My dentist on lees road is amazing. My dentist is call Isha Khaliq and shes so lovely shes a credit to the practice. Shes so patient and explains everything. When having injections I was very nervous and she was so gentle and kept reassuring me. I would highly recommend her.
That blonde lady at the reception is always in a bad mood depending on who's she talking to. This needs to be investigated. Every appointment I attend I see her rude behaviour. Maybe next time I will record this for evidence.
I’m a very nervous patient and have avoided the dentist for almost 6 years, today’s experience was better than I’ve ever had, the dentist understood my obvious fear and made me feel somewhat at ease! I came away more positive about future appointments ☺️
