Bupa Dental Care North Shields

We attended today for a family check up. We were seen by Ola Sotomi and her lovely nurse who's name I didn't catch. Ola was fantastic, very gentle and thorough. We have a family member who is extremely nervous but Ola and her nurse made the experience pleasant for them, as did Kirsty on reception, Thank you again we look forward to our next check up.

I always get a great service when attending Bupa Dental Care in North Shields but this time it was sharp and fantastic service. I had a severe pain in my broken tooth and I texted Kirsty around 11pm about sorting out my appointment at the earliest. Today morning I got a call from Kirsty around 8.15 that I could go there for 10am. What a relief!! My Dentist Vimal, as usual, was so kind that I feel like to give him 11 out of 10. So glad I signed up here. They were so friendly and supportive, didn’t feel rushed at all. Had all my questions answered and everything was explained really nicely and with genuine interest and care for long term teeth and hun health. Great advice of how to move forwards with care at home. Absolutely loved seeing the hygienist which i normally find stressful, the atmosphere created in the room was magical with lovely lighting and music and I felt really relaxed. Everything was explained really nicely by the hygienist and will be happy to come back for my checkup again in 6 months

Absolutely fantastic experience with bupa this morning. It was my first visit here with my two children one who is on the pathway for autism assessment. The staff were phenomenal from start to finish and so patient with both children. My child with additional needs did struggle as she can’t handle certain places like dental/clinical and doesn’t settle very well in these situations but the support and compassion was absolutely second to none.
