As a private patient i tried to book a hygienist appointment as i was due. I was told there was no appointments with the hygienist until May. If anyone is planning to go attend as a patient here for the hygienist: she only works Wednesdays and you have to book 3 months in advance. (Ridiculous as some people work on a rota basis and do not have 3 months notice; I can sooner get a MOT than a hygienist appointment). Wish I knew before I spent 50 pounds to register.
Cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. I had been quoted 3000euro by a dentist in Dublin for root canals, crowns and nine fillings. A friend recommended Yew Tree dental in Newry and I made an appointment. Straight off the motorway from Dublin it was very easy to get to. My dentist was Christopher Hagan - he was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He explained exactly what was needed - was very honest and told me that I didn't actually need 9 fillings (the well known dental chain in Dublin had lied - hint at who they are :-) :-) I had a root canal, one filling, an extraction and…
I decided earlier this year that I really wanted to get my teeth fixed and not do what everyone else is doing and go to turkey. I booked a consultation with Chris and he gave me the cost. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Chris the man is a genius he’s fixed my teeth and my smile. I wouldn’t pass this dentist in future. I’ve since then booked my sister in she had such a fear of going and has had amazing work done by Chris also. Thankyou Chris and all at Yew Tree
