From interactions with the helpful, calm and efficient Fiona on reception, to meeting Dr Andy with his affable nature whilst instilling trust in his professional abilities. I was advised to go to Newry. The dentist I got was Dr Joan Lockhart.. I was sooooooo nervous as going to a dentist is hell to me. This woman was nothing short of brilliant. We had a laugh and she made me feel relaxed along with her dental nurse. I couldn't thank them both enough. It's not cheap as you can't get it on the NHS, BUT all what I needed was done, and I'm sooo thankful for that.. thank you thank you thank you.
Couldn't ask for better service no waiting around always seen within 5 minutes of your appointment time. The staff are absolutely fabulous to deal with . I have no problem recommending this practice to anybody from the south of Ireland to travel up to get their treatment .
