Great experience all round, procedure was less horrid than I was expecting! Ross took the time to explain everything beforehand and then the aftercare instructions also at the end. I appreciated him checking I was ok and giving reassurance throughout the procedure. Would highly recommend.
Great experience as usual. Spotless surgery staff fabulous, friendly and thorough. Always a pleasure to see Ross he is so approachable, friendly and professional. Caught pre cancer cells on my tongue before it had a chance to develop. Will always be so grateful to him.
