I see Freya the hygienist and she is so lovely and a great hygienist. She makes me feel so comfortable and is always pleasant and chatty which I really appreciate. The receptionists are equally as pleasant and a pleasure to talk to when sorting appointments, payments etc. thank you
I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. I've always been a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Smith immediately put me at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. You can really tell they care about their patients, it never felt rushed, and every detail was handled so skillfully and professionally. The whole team at the clinic is friendly and welcoming. My treatment went smoothly and the results are amazing.
This place is a complete joke. I've told Francesca multiple times that I'm not pleased with the outcome of my Invisalign treatment. She suggested someone else after first recommending her husband for composite bonding. I've gone back and forth between visits and told them I’m not happy but they have recommended me to get Invisalign again In other words they want me to pay another £4000 again. When I called to buy a pair of retainers, the receptionist informed me that I would need to schedule a follow-up appointment after just recently having 2 hygiene appointments, a full mouth scan, a f…
