Newbiggin Dental Practice

Great dental practice. I'm a nervous patient and they're great with me. They offer sedation if preferred. I've been a patient for 15 years at Saville row then transferred to newbiggin when I moved.

I am a regular at this dentist and to be honest, I have always had nothing but good service from them. As for reception? Not had a bad experience and always been polite to me?

I had an emergency appointment on Monday 2nd June. I had been in a lot of pain over the weekend. I called the practice at 08:04, requesting an emergency appointment. I was asked if I could attend at 08:30, which I could. I arrived at 08:25, and was seen by Jenna and Paige. I was given all my options but decided to have an extraction. Jenna was very patient with me and explained everything and stopped when I could still feel some discomfort. Absolutely disgusted how they treat you Did my back tooth cap on but over drilled into a perfectly good tough two years later severe toothache and then they sent me to the RVI cause they cannot do it I don’t think they’ve got too useless and incompetent Under under Avoid at all cost
