As a nervous patient, the whole team go out of their way to be kind and considerate. From reception to hygienists to dentists. They are clear on how they can help, treatment needed and costs involved. Thank you especially to Aggie who recently saw me for an emergency appointment and to Frederick, my regular dentist who is always very understanding on my fear of dental work and is very thorough in working through any issues I have had. Brilliant team and glad I switched to them 3 years ago.

The staff are absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked into the practice, the receptionist—who is new but absolutely wonderful—put me at ease, provided all the information I needed, and booked my appointment. The dentist I saw was brilliant and took the time to explain the health of my teeth. I then booked an appointment with the hygienist, and again she was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how to care for my teeth. Everyone at Homemill are always welcoming, professional and kind. I've used the same practice for approx 30 years and I've never had a bad experience with them. Even when i couldn't see my regular dentist for a broken tooth, they got me in with another dentist at the clinic straight away to have some repairs done I'll always appreciate the excellent, kind care that the team at Homemill provide and I'll always recommend them.
