Excellent service everytime I visit. Will not do any more than is needed. Martin will always say before hand if other work is recommended. Great dentist .

When we arrived at your practice, my wife was in significant pain due to broken teeth and crying. I tried registering to this local dentist around the corner from me as an NHS patient. I am currently pregnant. The waiting time for my first appointment was 3+ months. When it came around to the appointment date, i was ill and had forgotten. A genuine and honest mistake. I called back and Mr Pritchard wouldnt take me on as a patient and the receptionist didn't give a reason. Pretty unforgiving in my opinion. I guess i'll spend my money elsewhere when I go private after giving birth. :/

Called to make an appointment, I was told I haven’t been there for a long time by the receptionist and the dr is very busy so I would have to wait until October for an appointment…… even though I am pregnant and said I needed to been seen asap!!!!! Apparently if you don’t visit regularly you can’t get seen at this dentist!!!! Extremely rude and bad customer service!!!!!!
