Honestly if I could give this place more stars I would! Around 3 years ago, I started coming here with severe needle phobia and huge amount of work to catch up on having not been to a dentist in 10 years. Claire has been brilliant, from day one she was so understanding about my anxiety and encouraging of my efforts to go and get the work done, and I can finally say today that after 3 years I've managed to catch up on everything that needed doing calmly and in my own time. Claire and the team are brilliant, and I can not recommend Redcliffe Dental Practice enough! ❤️
Five-star service at Redcliffe Dental. I am not proud to say that I have been to a few dentists on the Wirral over the years but I have found way to Redcliffe and I have been undergoing various improvements to previous work and also most recently a root canal and was impressed by the care and quality of work by Claire and her team " thank you.
I’m genuinely nervous about the dentist, so this was something I’d been dreading. I had a root canal here over two long appointments and, somehow, it turned out to be far less frightening than expected. Dr Massi was excellent — calm, clear, and very reassuring. He explained what was happening at each stage, which made a huge difference and stopped my imagination running away with itself. The reception staff were just as lovely: friendly, patient, and very good at putting nervous people at ease. Dentistry will never be my favourite activity, but this practice made something I was truly anxio…
Excellent service. Tom is a fantastic dentist and always makes me feel at ease, which is important to me. Camilla is a wonderful hygienist, very informative and again makes the whole experience comfortable and reassuring
