Honestly the worst doctors I've ever experienced, mainly because of one receptionist she's absolutely horrendous and how she has a job in a forward facing customer role is beyond me, we phoned to get my son an appointment with the doctor as he was in desperate need of one, she told us we had to book online which we couldn't do at the time as the internet was down, we explained the situation and that our baby was only 12 months old , she was so condescending and literally didn't care whatsoever she just said there's nothing she could do, we ended up driving to the doctor's and luckily someo…
AVOID DR BERRY!!! This was one of the most concerning medical experiences my family has ever had. Dr. Berry was dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to properly listen. More troubling, he gave advice that we later learned could have resulted in serious harm. We left feeling shocked, unheard, and worried for our family member’s safety. Healthcare providers are entrusted with people’s lives. Based on this experience, I strongly urge others to advocate for themselves and seek a second opinion or better yet avoid seeing Dr Berry at all cost.
One start cause I can’t give negative 5 starts Booked for bloods and I’m given a doctors appointment Doctor books for blood to do that same minutes waited for over 40 minutes and then I’m told that I missed the appointment Receptionist don’t care about who they are taking care of Doctors booked tests and don’t fill out the correct forms Manager never calls back cause she’s always on holiday the supervisor runs from speaking to patients I been told she’s in some meeting and I see her walking around at same time Not acceptable this service Still waiting for a call from manager or supervisor …
Huge props to the unqualified medical practitioner Ben, who didn't care about my long-term chronic pains of several years, prescribed me expensive stomach tablets I didn't need that caused more issues and then tried to get me hooked on antidepressants. Best thing? When I refused antidepressants, he refused to treat me and put the phone down on me. Lovely service eh?
