I would highly recommend this dentist, and have done to friends and family - my brother is a patient here also. Cynthia Kow is an excellent dentist with a wonderful manner. She is very gentle and caring and looked after me tremendously when I was anxious. To the extent that she and Samantha offered to go to the shops to get me a dose of glucose (Lucozade) because I felt quite faint. I had extensive work done including a filling and two front crowns. I went to see Khuram Shafique when my implant came out. After consulting with him we decided to go for special dentures instead of implants. I have now received my new dentures, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results! Dr Shafiq was exceptional in looking after my 95 year old mum—kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process of making her new dentures. Everything was explained clearly, with no rushing, and there was great sensitivity to comfort and anxiety. It’s rare to find such a high level of professionalism combined with real empathy. I would highly recommend Dr Shafiq and his team to anyone seeking excellent care.
