My husband called at the dentist today to make an emergency appointment, as he walked in the arrogant receptionist raised her voice and said 'you can't just walk in here and expect an appointment', my husband said that he had phoned several times and they said that someone would be in touch with him but hadn't heard and as he was passing and in terrible pain thought he'd take a chance. He was then told aggressively that she had eight pages of nhs patients waiting to be seen but if he that much pain he could be seen as a private patient! Fantastic Centre. Been coming here for years. Reception are always very friendly and welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble. Everyone makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Recommend to all.

Absolutely terrible service I wouldn’t recommend going here they don’t help what do ever I was sent down to A&E for being really ill with my mouth and they wouldn’t see me absolutely shocking
