Dr Antroula is a star. She creates an environment where you feel completely at ease, making it easy to ask questions and communicate openly. She consistently goes above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches and extra support that make a noticeable difference. Her dedication and attention to detail make the entire experience exceptional.
My dentist Laura always listens to me and addresses issues with good pain-free plans, my hygienist is very kind, all assistants are friendly. Rachel, the office assistance, is very organised and helpful. Thank you all!
First visit today - great experience from making the booking, friendly and professional staff from checking in at reception to the genuine care and great job done by Jameson the hygienist and the dental nurse.
I contacted Bupa after being unable to secure an appointment with my usual dentist. Claire was extremely helpful and arranged an appointment for me the very next day. While I was there, she also managed to schedule a hygienist appointment for the following day, which was greatly appreciated as usually I've had a long wait to see a hygienist at my usual practice. --- Let me know if you'd like it to sound more formal, casual, or include specific praise for Claire or the service overall.
