The staff are very friendly and helpful and the dentist is very professional and understanding. An all round excellent practice.
My implant treatment went smoothly and painlessly over the whole process. The procedure was explained in detail at the outset and the team put you at ease and were extremely professional.
From time to time life pleasantly surprises us and we feel in good hands. Regarding Dr. David Richard, what gift can you offer to someone who has everything?: warmth and support, professionalism and kindness. In all my life I have not found a doctor like him, who makes us feel that, for that brief or long moment that he attends to us, there is no rush or other distractions other than "you being there, being treated by him." THANK YOU Doctor!!!!!
To be honest, I haven’t been to the dentist since 2011 due to having extreme anxiety, but my first appointment with Mark made my anxiety practically disappear, he’s not like an NHS dentist who just wants you In and out as quickly as possible, he actually makes conversation with you and explains in detail from start to finish on what’s going to happen within the appointment! Looking forward to actually working with Mark and getting my teeth back into perfect health.
