Had an Emergency appointment but was put at ease by the friendly staff They were very supportive and took time to clearly explain the precedure. I am not registered with the surgery .however after such a positive experience I plan to and highly recommend to other people.
The appointment was punctual. All staff are friendly and helpful. Anna gave full explanations of everything. I trust her not to do any unnecessary work - unlike some dentists many years ago, one of whom, I believe, damaged my teeth long term.
Best dentist about! Me and my children have been there for 8 years now and will never go anywhere else I travel from neath port talbot to mumbles everytime I need to go and they’ve been amazing. If there needed they’ll always find a way to help us. Cheap if your not on nhs for procedures.
I am so lucky to be a patient at this practice. Far from it being an ordeal, it’s more like a social event every time I visit. The reception staff, Katie the dentist and her assistant are always courteous, chatty and professional at all times. Any treatment is always discussed before hand and is painless and swift. I used to dread going to the dentist but not any more!!
