I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mr Rivers since I have been his patient for many years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of his work and how gentle he is. His staff are also professional, friendly and willing to assist you in every possible way. This morning I called for emergency treatment and was seen by Ms Bennett within an hour. She was very nice and polite. I want to thank her for her kindness to see me in short notice.

Rang here to register my 16 yr old daughter and to ask for a urgent appointment as shed cracked a tooth cant fault the service we were given a appointment to be seen within the hour . The recaptuon staff were friendly we were seen very quick and the dentist and dental nurse were lovely she sadly had to have her tooth removed so was her first ever needles etc and they were so good with her applied numbing gel talked her through it i was so happy with the service and we were able to register with the practise . Thankyou for helping my daughter

One star as used to go all yhe time pgoned on the 2ed but was told i wadnp longer registered by the rseptionist who kept interterupting i o ly pboned brczuse i had tooth ache. I tried to get to tge part ehere i had dpent 10 mintgs in hospital vut cpuld not due to the interruptions

1 star because 0 isn't an option. Words don't describe how poor their service is I'd rather chew the dog's dentastix than go here.
