As a former dental nurse, I was extremely disappointed with the poor hygiene practices and dismissive response to a serious complaint. Instruments were handled without gloves, and basic infection control protocols were ignored. When I raised concerns, I was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. I’ve been a patient here for my whole life, but after this experience, I’ve decided to move to another practice. Would not recommend based on recent standards of care.

I’m always wary of getting a new dentist but I’m glad I did here really pleased with the work and care on my teeth by Lesley. Looking forward to continuing as a patient here. They listened well, communicated effectively and did wonderful work restoring my smile.

Absolutely delighted with the results Craig managed to achieve.I went in for my first appointment full of apprehension and,to be honest,embarrassment because my teeth were deeply stained!I was made to feel at ease straight away and Craig explained the whitening treatment that was available in detail.The dental nurses were very kind.My treatment finished today and I am so happy with my new smile that I had to write this review immediately and thank you guys.
