Parklands Dental Practice (Monmouth)

I can't praise Matthews Dental Practice enough. For some unknown reason I developed a real fear of going to the dentist so much so it made me feel sick just driving past any dental surgery. I called the Practice to talk about it and Samantha, the Practice Manager, was amazing. Really understanding and so kind and compassionate, she spoke to me at length and gave me the confidence to attend an appointment. 47 yes old and the best dentist I've ever seen. Talked me through the procedure for emergency treatment and was literally done in a minute and pain free. I was with this practice for 40 yrs but sadly new staff , they have No humanity and extreemly rude staff. I was recently removed due to the receptionist refusing to cancel the appointments my mother who has dementia had made for me, thinking i was still a child. I explained the issue and cancelled them well in advance of the appointments but she insisted we missed six or more which simply isnt true. Saw me today through the emergency dentist had me in the same day (rare I know but very thankful) as they managed to sort my tooth pain out. The receptionist was lovely and was great helping me out & the dental team themselves where very professional told me everything he was doing and had my problem sorted in 30 minutes. Thank you much appreciated!
