Have been coming to Oris for over a year now and the level of quality and care is second to none. I have had teeth whitening, tooth extraction, tooth implant, and lots of hygienist appointments! Staff are all wonderful big thanks to the lovely Evee and Marli for making a hygienist appointment something I actually look forward too! 😂 and to all the other wonderful staff that have looked after me the past couple years Sarah, Jane, Craig, plus all the fabulous dental nurses and reception staff! You all do such a brilliant job 🥰
All staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Questions are answered clearly and immediately. Treatments from the dentists and hygienists have been explained well beforehand and carried out with great care and precision. Appointment times cater for everyone and the reminders are useful. I have always been confident in the information and treatment I have received.
My implant and crown treatment started 3 years ago. I was kept informed every step of the way as to what would happen and why. Having been a very nervous dental patient, I became confident knowing that the treatment was going to be comfortable and pain free. After six months, I had a completely different look and strong, healthy teeth. I opted for treatment because my teeth were very worn and sensitive and I hope I'm going to need them for another 20 years at least! Recently, I noticed a small issue so went back to Oris.
