Bistre Dental Practice

I started using Bistre Dental Practice during the first COVID lockdown because they were the only practice in the area that would see me urgently with toothache! They were great then and have been since. Their prices are similar to all the other private practices in the area, and I find them very polite, efficient and professional in all they do.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. My appointment was for a routine filling, not an emergency, yet I was charged emergency pricing. Unfortunately, I left the practice in far worse condition than when I arrived. During the procedure, the dentist burned straight through my lower lip while curing the filling, leaving me with a severe blister and an open sore inside my mouth that lasted for over a week. My daughter came today to see Katherine Dyson for her 6/12 exam. Ellie greeted us with a warm smile. The whole appointment was very thorough. Great team

I booked an emergency appointment through the practice, I walked down there to pay a deposit and they managed to treat me there straight away within 10 minutes, solve my issue and give me antibiotics. I can’t thank and recommend this practice enough. I have now signed up to their very affordable dental plan and will continue to use them. Thank you again to all at Bistre Dental Practice!
