I cannot believe how terrible the dentist was. He forgot to give me a cleansing and his trainee had to remind him. He gave me options on what to do and said he wasn't sure on next steps, which gave me little confidence. I then left as I didn't think this would be a good place for treatment. The receptionist asked how it went and I told them the situation. The dentist then came out and started shouting at me for not being compliant with him. Terrible service! My daughter and I have been patients with them for years. Being a very very nervous patient, I rarely visit, but at my daughters last appointment I made a point of asking if I was still registered as it has been a while since my last visit, the receptionist assured me I was still registered. I called today for an appointment as I have a tooth about to fall out and they told me im no longer registered. Now I no longer have a dentist, im in pain and cant find any other dentist to take me. I will not be going back to the young chap who I saw a couple of months ago for a check up. Firstly, he said my filling looks like it needs redoing. I am 54 and have never had any fillings! Secondly, he took ages setting up the xray machine and placing the things in my mouth only to find out that one side came out completely dark. I was radiated for absolutely nothing! Surely this is basic training as could potentially be quite harmful. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience, it felt like I had a total amateur doing a very poor job.

I had a wonderful experience at Holloway House Dental Surgery.I came in with a badly painful wisdom tooth, and the staff treated me with such care and professional. The dentist JANANI was amazing, and everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently! What impressed me even more was their understanding and flexibility. I was very late to my appointment, but they still found space for me on the same day. I truly appreciate their dedication to patient care and their willingness to go above and beyond.
