I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this dentist. Two weeks ago, I visited the clinic because of severe tooth pain. The tooth was only cleaned using a syringe needle filled with a substance unknown to me, and I was sent home without any proper treatment or explanation. Today I returned because the tooth has since broken. Once again, I was sent home without any real help or solution. Is this normal dental care? In my opinion, absolutely not. This dentist shows a clear lack of professionalism and dismisses patients instead of providing proper treatment. I do not recommend this…
They saw me today as an NHS emergency as my filling had fallen out ( sadly my own NHS Tenby dentist has after 30 years now gone private 😢) - first visit and super impressed - lovely friendly staff - very interesting and informative video playing whilst I waited - comfortable seating - the dentist explained everything and gave me great advice. Thank you Haven Dental for saving me today.
Thank you haven dental practice. Thank you to jaz and his assistant for your care today. Jaz your confidence and down to earth nature got me through today 8 exstraction. No problem. All the staff are friendly and the practice is clean. Ive seen a few dentist here now over the years and theyve all been graet.
Visited this surgery for an emergency dental appointment via 111. It's the best dentist I've ever been to...I fear the dentist! I was running late due to issues, so rang them to let them know and they kindly fitted me in regardless. Very friendly staff. The dentist and her assistant was brilliant in sorting my tooth, didn't feel a thing. pity I couldn't have this practice for regular treatment as I wouldn't have any hesitation in going again. Thank you to all... top marks!
