I’d like to leave some positive feedback for the practice. I was able to get my son seen quickly, which I really appreciated. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience much less stressful. A special thank you to Dr Helen — she is truly the best doctor I’ve ever had. She has helped me and my family many times now, and every time she is empathetic, thorough, and genuinely fantastic. We feel very lucky to have her.

I was able to book a same-day appointment, which was fantastic. The doctor was lovely quick, efficient, and gave clear advice on next steps. However, I was very disappointed by the hygiene standards of the facility. I was asked to provide a urine sample, but found that not one single toilet, including the baby changing room had any hand soap. I actually had to wait until I got into the GP’s consulting room to wash my hands in their office sink. I reported this to reception, but it is deeply concerning for a medical practice to lack basic hand hygiene supplies in public areas, especially wh…

Only just moved to this practice and had first appointment yesterday. The surgery is clean and bright and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Peter Said, he was very easy to talk to and seemed knowledgable, its too soon to know for certain but I'm feeling optomistic, hopefully I'll be able to see the same doctor for future appointments.

The Care navigator team was very friendly and kept me updated on what was happening. Dr Kumar himself was polite, knowledgable, and professional. He checked all information and ensured I understood the precedure and recovery. I left with my appointment for follow up and paper work with clear instructions. Amazing service
