Despite not being able to get an emergency appointment, Melksham Dental Practice were able to accommodate me by bringing forward my check up appointment. They then had to rearrange this to the day after, because I could not get the time off work. They were exceptional in sorting me out, it was just a shame that their system did not allow for me to be seen on the day I needed to be seen as all the emergency appointments had been taken up.
I’ve been going to Market Place Dental Clinic for some years now in all that time they have always been friendly, helpful and very professional in every way from the moment you walk in The receptionist Helen & Paula are extremely polite and helpful if you have any problems regarding an emergency ie. Toothache etc they try there best to accommodate you with the earliest appointment they can find Communication is also very good and clear with the dentist on treatment I highly recommend this practice and it is NHS
I’ve found my most recent experiences of Market Place Dental Surgery to be exemplary. Reception staff are friendly and work quickly to book you in or rearrange things if necessary. Clinicians are equally professional and at my recent visit to the hygienist I was given the best care. Please keep it up Market Place Dental Surgery!
From the start the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. To the dentist’s and the assistant were very reassuring and spoke me through each step and what was going to happen next
