Despite the waiting room being packed I was seen for an assessment within 10mins of my arrival by two lovely members of staff. Excellent. I went to the Whitworth hospital after receiving a dog bite on my hand from over the fields. A very efficient and professional service throughout. Excellent communication from the nurse who administered a tetanus injection, dressed the wound after rinsing, and prescribed antibiotics.
Had occasion to visit whitworth hospital as I felt SO unwell. Saw an amazing Dr. Kat I think. Was assessed professionally and ended up in hospital with a PE. It was serious and IAM so grateful for her fast diagnosis and professionalism. Staff here are amazing.
First class care. Charlotte the nurse who took my bloods today was amazing and I can't thank her enough. She did say that she normally works at Calow in Chesterfield, so I do hope that a member of the management team passes on my thanks.
