I have had an excellent experience at Bupa Dental Care Marlow over the past three years. My treatment involved full orthodontics and double jaw surgery to correct a malocclusion that was only identified in my mid-twenties. From my very first appointment, I felt supported and well informed. Carole Way immediately put me at ease, and my orthodontist Nabel Mezier clearly explained all treatment options, including the pros and cons of each, in a way that was easy to understand. Not a neuroinclusive practice - particularly the hygienist. Would not return. New patient forms were not read before my appointment. Support needs not identified or met. Worst experience I have ever had at the dentist - and this was just for a check-up and clean. Would rather have a tooth extraction elsewhere than go here again. Need to do better.

I’ve had a really good experience with my orthodontic treatment at Bupa Marlow Dental Care. Dr Mezier and Justyna are both really kind and make everything easy to understand. They always make me feel comfortable and relaxed, and they’re very patient at every appointment. Even when I was nervous at the start, they made me feel safe and welcome. I’m really happy with how my treatment is going and I’d definitely recommend them.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with orthodontics at Bupa Marlow Dental Care. Dr Mezier and Justyna are absolutely wonderful with my three children, all of whom are at different stages of their treatment. They are incredibly kind, patient and reassuring — nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The children are always made to feel safe, welcome and at ease, which makes such a difference with orthodontic appointments. We feel very well looked after and would highly recommend them to any family.
