Again this practice has let me down. Less than two weeks before my long awaited appointment they've contacted me to say dentist us changing her hours and my appointment needs to be altered. So, I've been offered a new appointment the earliest being mid January. What more can I say.
I visited the practice for the first time to see the hygienist today. To say I was nervous was an understatement. However she made me feel absolutely at ease and explained everything so well. The dental nurse Amy was fantastic and gentle although I am biased being her step mum. 🙂 I would highly recommend the practice to any nervous patients out there. It’s a lovely calm place and a pleasure to visit.
I joined this practice recently. I have found all the staff here warm, friendly and professional. I have been dealing with the receptionists mostly recently and I must say what a delight it has been. Particular mention must go to Yvonne ( dark hair) sorry if I get your name wrong, she is very knowledgeable, always professional and couldn’t be more helpful.
Fantastic dentist! Mubashir Saleem and his assistant made me feel really at ease as I was so nervous and were very quick and got the job done. My partner was also really suffering with tooth ache and they managed to fit him in on the day.
