Gorgeous practice!!!! I had my consultation today with Dr Bilal, who built me up a treatment plan of removing my current edge bonding and doing a whole new revamp (had my bonding 6 years now) 10/10 service. All staff were lovely, Dr Bilal was really informative too - I’m excited to get started now 😍
Absolutely fantastic experience! I was really nervous after a previous negative experiences at a different dentist but Elizabeth and Ellie were absolutely wonderful and immediately made me feel at ease, so special praise to them. They were so friendly and kind and all the staff can't do enough for you. The whole dental suite is immaculate, professional and welcoming. For the first time ever, I am looking forward to going back to the dentist!
am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel completely misled. I paid over £7,000 upfront after being repeatedly reassured by Dr Mansoor and staff that I would leave with matching top and bottom teeth, and that my bottom teeth were included in the treatment plan. This was a major concern of mine and I asked multiple times for reassurance, which I was given. I was also told I would be properly sedated and would not feel or remember the procedure. None of this turned out to be true. The sedation had no effect whatsoever, despite this being part of what I paid for. I have a medical b…
I had my consultation with Dr Dharmesh and he provided a great service with expert advice. We have continued with Smile White aligners, heath check & a filling to kickstart the process to Nano-fill. Elle, Elizabeth & Minnie have been awesome with their support and hospitality from the initial phone call. I would certainly recommend YDS to anyone in the future.
