Very sadly to say, I had a worst time with Dr. Cristina Delcarmen Falcon Sanchez. I got a dental appointment referral by NHS emergency services. She provided a very rude service. I sit down and she asked me what was my emergency and said my situation was not an emergency I shouldn’t be here. I’m just a normal client without any professional dental training like everybody else. I got my teeth problem that’s why I went to ask professional help but she blamed me miss leading her. Worsley dental practice and especially Dentist Dimitra have been wonderful to me and welcomed me to the practice and so friendly and reassuring. I’m new to this practice and was anxious about the experience. I read the reviews and I was not disappointed, with all the staff friendly and professional and welcoming.
