I have been a patient here for 25 years. I'm a very nervous dental patient. Absolutely terrible service, had a few bad instances with st Andrews dental surgery, my son went in for an abscess and removal of a tooth (he was 6) the dentist we encountered was rude and very abrupt with him, he was clearly very scared and she told him he needs to 'learn how to behave in a dental surgery' he was literally sat crying whilst she was trying to remove a tooth!! So I come here with my children, the young Asian dentist that works here he is just so awful not very professional makes you feel very uncomfortable, so blunt, so rude and has no care or sensitivity towards young children. Like he has some kind of attitude problem, seems like he doesn't want to be there. This happens on every occasion we visit!! I mean if you want someone who has a caring nature and someone who is guna make you feel relaxed especially if your visiting with young children I'd stay clear of this particular dentist.
