I have absolutely hated all my appointments with Zina. She has made me so paranoid about my teeth , always having negative comments and always trying to sell me something . She is very harse with her treatments and has no sympaphy when she can see you are struggling. I do not feel confident in speaking to her about my teeth etc. I was so upset after my last visit as she did a hygenist treatment on me which i was unprepared for and didnt have the funds for. I struggled throughout the treatment but continued even when i could hardly breathe. I literally cried when i left and vowed i could nev…
First visit today with NHS appointment, polite and personable staff on the reception. My appointment was with the Dentist Iona, she was personable and professional explaining clearly about how to care for my teeth correctly, next check in 12 months. I was very pleased with the overall experience today as visiting the Dentist isn’t my favourite place to go.
Needed an emergency appointment and not registered with a dentist. Receptionist Leanne who was super friendly, very helpful, emphatic and just made the process really easy. Dr Aaman Shah, what a guy, talked me through what he was going to do, gave me options in terms of next stages, easy to talk to and took away any anxiety I had. Overall the best experience I’ve had from a clinic.
Very clean friendy dentist.. staff are polite and welcoming.. had a small wait but got seen swiftly once my name was called. Did a good checkup and booked me in within a week for next appointment. Only downside is limited parking but parked on a side rd and walked round no hassle to that really
