Great place! Registered our baby and had her first dental appointment today. Very pleasant and friendly reception team and the dentists were also friendly and helpful. The place looks aesthetically pleasing as well. The only downside is that they don't accept new NHS applications for adults so had to find a different dentist for myself. Nonetheless, a pleasant experience here.
Beautifully designed dentist with welcoming receptionists. Dentist is spotless with calming atmosphere. The dental nurse I seen was very comforting and patient with me while doing treatments. Highly recommend Portway dental to anyone who is in need of a dentist. They offer asthetic treatments too.
I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough. My daughter Lilly is autistic and usually finds appointments extremely difficult, but she has always felt safe and comfortable here. That alone speaks volumes. The staff are patient, kind, and genuinely understanding. They take the time to explain things calmly, never rush her, and always treat her with respect. Because of this, Lilly actually feels okay coming to the dentist, which I never thought I’d say. For any parent of a neurodivergent child, finding a place like this is priceless. 1st visit and very impressed. From the warm welcome of all the staff, the cleanliness, modern premises and fantastic dentist. Made my daughter feel at ease and very relaxed considering she had to have a tooth removed! Would recommend this dentist to anyone.
