I have nothing but good things to say - receptionists always make me feel welcome when I come through the door (I usually find reception areas quite anxiety inducing, but the team here "take the lead" and make the whole process easy). When I go for regular check ups I feel like I am given genuine advice, and options. I've never felt like I'm being sold a product, as the pros and cons are always given. Amazing dental practice with fantastic tech and lovely facilities that makes seeing the dentist a great experience! I appreciate the time and attention you get on each visit and the balanced explanation of options, pros and cons etc. It is also very reassuring to be shown your X-rays and photos with cross reference to your previous ones. All in all, fantastic patient-centred care and I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Shah.
I had a great experience at Parkfield Dental Practice with Dr Shah. I opted for Spark teeth aligners followed by whitening and I'm very pleased with the results. The spark aligners were very clear and translucent, much more discreet than other brands like Invisalign which some of my friends had. People couldn't tell I was wearing them. Dr Shah and his team were brilliant throughout and explained every step of the process clearly. I highly recommend this dental practice.
These guys have completely transformed my teeth. Using Invisalign Dr Shah has left me with teeth I couldn’t be happier with. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. I completely recommend Parkfield Dental Practice.
