Nice place, gets a bit noisy on a Monday baby clinic day. Other than that, it's just a normal doctor's surgery, but with two other departments in the same building. Seats aren't very good, especially if you're sat waiting for half an hour or so to see your doctor.
It appears this place is still the same unprofessional practice it has always been. From clinicians who themselves repeatedly failed to follow guidelines correctly, a practice manager whose word you could wipe your bottom with for the value it has. And the doctor overseeing all of this incapable of actually keeping an eye or overseeing anything. Do yourself a favour join elsewhere because unless you enjoy being treated like dirt by people who have no business working within the Healthcare setting due to their lack of intelligence you save yourself a lot of time and aggravation going forward
Extremely poor service at the blood take department, poor service, no caring, not professional and Intimidating Behaviour to patient. The phlebotomist Raabia is absolutely horrible and ridiculous, playing on her phone all the time and ignore patient feeling.
Appointment 2 hours after I rang! True story, lovely reception and staff and doctors who listen and examine. 10/10 for me.
